Joe B. Miller is a highly accomplished business leader, entrepreneur, and coach with over 30 years of experience in the construction and manufacturing industries. Based in Honolulu, Hawaii, he serves as President and CEO of Seal Masters of Hawaii and Elite Construction Services—two companies widely respected for their innovation, professionalism, and client-first approach to building renovations. His leadership has helped reshape Hawaii’s renovation landscape, with expertise spanning concrete repair, waterproofing, painting, exterior building renovation, window and railing systems installation and drain-waste-vent pipe replacement in high-rise buildings.
In 2024, Mr. Miller launched PURPOSE, a business coaching firm dedicated to helping CEOs and leadership teams align their purpose, mission, and values with day-to-day execution. Leveraging the Metronomic Growth System, PURPOSE provides strategic guidance rooted in accountability, transparency, and sustainable growth. His coaching draws from decades of executive experience and a commitment to elevating people and performance.
Mr. Miller studied business at the University of Texas and the University of Hawaii and was honored as a “40 Under 40” business leader in Hawaii. A lifelong learner and voracious reader, he dedicates himself to continual growth—spiritually, professionally, and personally—and is known for his deep care for his team and his community. His philanthropic work includes service with several non-profit boards, local churches, and a board seat with Maui Divers Jewelry Company.
An accomplished athlete, Mr. Miller is a national champion swimmer, surfer, and held multiple state swim records in Louisiana and Hawaii. Looking ahead, he plans to transition from daily operations into a board or advisory role while expanding his work as a certified Metronomics coach to help other leaders thrive.
